Welcome to Decipher

Canada has a reputation for its high living standards, with some of its cities being recognized among the best urban areas in the world. Additionally, Canada has a well-known tolerant approach to immigrants with open public policies targeting to increase the number of newcomers being accepted year by year. Consequently, Canada is continuously sought as the destination of choice by persons looking for better opportunities for themselves and their families.

Although Canada’s immigration policies are available to anyone who wants to be informed and go through the process independently, the immigration path could present a labyrinth of alternatives to legally establishing yourself in this country. The complexity includes the law, policies which can be changed without previous notice, a complex legislative language, and provincial programs and legislation that could work for or against you, depending on the province where you decide to live on. The Canadian immigration process is dynamic and it is constantly evolving.

We are here to assist you in deciphering the complicated maze of rules and regulations so you can reach your goal of successfully establishing yourself and your family in Canada. We aim to help you to do the right things since the start of the process and also we are well prepared and licensed to represent you in case you are facing a refusal and would like to appeal to the immigration authorities.

At Decipher, we can work with you in any area of immigration although we specialize in Spousal Sponsorships and Student Visa Refusals. If you have any issues in these particular areas, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss them with you. Book a consultation here.

How It Works – The Initial Consultation

As a starting point, please send us an email to admin@decopherimmigration.ca and let us know what you are looking for. You can be as brief as mentioning the basics of your case or you can write extensively about it. You can rest assured that all your information will be kept in strict confidentiality, and we will not share anything with anyone without your written consent.

Afterwards, we will reply to inform you if we can be of assistance in your case or not. It is most likely that, after a positive reply, we will send you via email an Initial Consultation Agreement for you to consider and also a questionnaire looking to obtain more information about your case, so your Initial Consultation time is used in the most effective manner. Moreover, after the initial consultation, we will prepare for you a letter of opinion for your case describing the following steps. We will attach to such letter of opinion a draft agreement for your consideration should you decide to do business with us.
